On the rear of this announcement, the developer disclosed that the game that’s been in evolution since 2014 has been pushed back into an window that was ancient from its Q4 2017 launch window.
For the ones that don’t know: Mulaka interestingly takes place at a portion of the planet not often seen by video games, northern Mexico, and is founded upon the rich indigenous culture of the Tarahumara, who are famous for their impressive running abilities. From the game you embark on the journey of a Sukurúame — a Tarahumara shaman — “as you battle back the foulness corrupting the land, while drawing on the powers of demigods. ”
Gameplay ranges from solving puzzles in low-poly enviroments inspired by real Sierra Tarahumara locations, to combat with creatures pulled right from the area’therefore mythology.
