Capcom shown another hot monster returning to Monster Hunter World via a TV commercial for Japan that appeared now.
The commercial was recorded off the TV and published on YouTube by consumer sute aka, and at the end it gives a concise glance of Kirin.
While it seems as a unicorn and is named after a conventional beast from Japanese and Asian folklore, is in fact a classic dragon at Dragon Hunter, also includes thunder-based strikes, very thick skin and a fragile horn serving as a weak point. In the commercial, it’s revealed from the Coral Highlands region.
Below you can check out the advertisement itself, and a video by YouTube user Arekkz, who explains it much better than I ever can.
If you wish to view more of Monster Hunter World, you can delight in a large batch of gameplay showing the Coral Highlands (that appear to be where Kirin makes its lair), the most recent trailer comprising the other elder dragons and much more, a funny commercial from Sony, and all the news revealed last Friday (like those only for Japan). In the event you prefer searching for the game for yourself, you might also read all the details about the upcoming open beta that will begin on January 19th.
The game will relase worldwide on January 26th, for PS4 and Xbox One, using a PC version coming this autumn.
