PC, PS4, Switch, Xbox One

Alongside an exposé to the internal machinations of indie sales, promotion, and victory on Nintendo Switch, programmer Atooi’s  founder Jools Watsham includes a whole lot to say about his upcoming projects. Besides the famous commodities — Xeodrifter along with  Totes the Goat on the horizon — Watsham has shown two new projects such as Nintendo Switch and discover what we could count on from his following, toughest title yet.

The first revealed project is a Nintendo Switch arcade soccer name, Soccer Slammers.   Drawing inspiration from the NBA Jam series, the game will comprise 2-on-2 gameplay at a block-heavy real world world. In the screenshot (seen in the feature picture), you are able to see actual team nationalities play that is a wonderful addition. Better still, gamers should be able to receive their hands in the game by June 14, 2018 or July 15, 2018 since Watsham mentions the game will be available “before the World Cup. ” It isn’t clear if he is referring to the ending or the beginning, however the date is quickly approaching.

Rather than announcing a formal release, Watsham instead asserted that the game will be getting an upcoming Kickstarter effort as Chicken Wiggle: Re-hatched. Of course, Chicken Wiggle is a Nintendo 3DS exclusive 2D platformer that came out only earlier previous year.

Last but not least was a general upgrade on Treasurenauts — Watsham’s crucial upcoming project inherited by the Renegade Kid split, he asserts “is the amalgamation of everything that [he’s] learned about platformers. ” Not much is known no matter how the work of gameplay design is complete. At this point, Treasurenauts is simply fine polishing and tweaking gameplay and certainly will be playable for E3 2018. But due to financial constraints, Watsham still needs to set a large amount of fat behind vents and the jobs to keep Atooi comfortably afloat.
