Switch

Bad news for Worms lovers who love physical copies of games (and happen to have a Nintendo Switch), yesterday, even Team17 announced a physical version of Worms W.M.D. for its Nintendo Switch was canceled.

This information comes by way of the official Worms Twitter accounts, which replied to a lover who asked when they can expect an official launch date for its Switch version of this game. To which, the writer responded they would no longer be pursuing   a physical replica for the title and the only way to purchase the game about the Switch was to purchase it digitally via the Nintendo eShop.

In addition to getting the base game, the Nintendo Switch version of W.M.D. also comes with a slew of additional features such as single Joy-Con support, a fresh Space motif, Mushroom and Tree House forts in Forts style, as well as previously unseen customization choices, which comprises three brand new outfits.

Speaking of  the Nintendo Switch version, meanwhile Team17 introduced a brand new update to your game together with a trailer to commemorate the event. Furthermore, if you would like more information on the name, check out the launching trailer, which had been released back in November.

Worms W.M.D. is accessible now on PC, PlayStation 4, Switch, and Xbox One.
