PS4, Switch, Xbox One

Now Valkyria Chronicles 4’s official Twitter account “Nikola and Kiara’s Infiltration Diary” disclosed gameplay footage of three new characters of this game.

The first is Vuanti (or possibly Wanty, depending on the way her title will likely be transliterated), who’s basically a constantly intoxicated drunkard shocktrooper.

The personality is Odin, a scout that seems to be way too proud of his namesake. Incidentally, he is seen by us with a grenade launcher.

The third part is Meybel a gorgeous sniper that also shows the Brave platform, and it is a new mechanic that will enable characters at a new-death situation to continue battling or provide a buff to their companions.

If you want to try out the game for yourself, a demonstration is currently accessible on the Japanese PlayStation Store. If you’d instead just watch what it looks like, then you may enjoy roughly a hour of gameplay PS4 Pro (even though on a closer examination, we discovered that there appear to be essentially no particular PS4 Pro support implemented in the demo itself, not the game doesn’t seem amazing anyway), and the magical opening cutscene.

Valkyria Chronicles 4 will release in North America and Europe for PS4, Nintendo Switch, along with Xbox One in 2018. It’ll hit the shelves in Japan to get PS4 and also for Nintendo Switch later.
