The name, based on the old and glorious tabletop wargame with exactly the same title, puts the player at the role of a mercenary commander.
It won’t only be a matter of winning conflicts, but instead of administering your lance, making certain financing remain in the dark. You’ll need to maintain your mechwarriors happy, restrain fixes and refueling, and be certain that you don’t destroy enemy mechs or your own too poorly, which could stop the acquisition of valuable salvage.
This is achieved via a really deep strategy simulation that let you explore the galaxy openly and make a decision as to what assignment to tackle without constraints, as part of an open-ended campaign.
