Earlier this week, Activision unveiled another DLC for Call of Duty: WWII, that’s set to be titled The War Machine, but at that moment, we just got a few screenshots of the new maps. Well, now, in its own Weekly Community Update blog, developer Sledgehammer Games decided to give players another peek at one of the newest maps in the form of another screenshot.
Even the screenshot, which you may check out at the close of the report, appears to show off an additional angle of the upcoming map Egypt, which takes place at Giza, directly outside of its renowned pyramids. This time, instead of a Sphinx, lovers get a peek at some type of cannon, even though understanding Call of Duty, this is most likely only for cosmetic purposes and won’t be more usable.
The DLC’s brand new Nazi Zombies map The Shadowed Throne was given the screenshot therapy, which takes place in a burning, and destroyed Berlin, Germany.
In addition to the brand new screenshot, it was also shown that the game’s War mode now has a new attribute: an AFK timer. Now, after five minutes of inactivity through a War game, the game will automatically kick you back to the main menu. That is, obviously, fairly normal for multiplayer games, so it’s fine it’s ultimately been added, what could unquestionably be considered the game’s longest multiplayer style.
The War Machine is set to be available on the former console on April 10, 2018.
