NIS America released new movies showing gameplay in the Nintendo Switch version of Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana.

The gameplay shown in three videos reveals Adol and the gang strolled through dungeons and fighting a variety of enemies. Also included are a few conversation scenes. The important takeaway from such movies is that it provides players a record of exactly what the game looks like running on Nintendo Switch. The gameplay displayed below is still in development and may change in the final product.

Additionally, we’ve assembled screenshots from the PlayStation 4 variant and the Vita version to compare the three versions of the game. However, the PC version was declared to arrive on April 16-via Steam. The PC and Switch release will include the update into the game’s, text and voiceovers, which will be accessible  via an electronic upgrade on the PS4 and PS Vita version today.
