We heard about a possible PS Vita version of Stardew Valley early last year, and it was later confirmed last December. Today, programmer ConcernedApe and writer Chucklefish took into the official Stardew Valley programmer blog to announced that the game will finally be releasing on PS Vita on May 22.

According to the programmers, Stardew Valley additionally supports cross-buy, so players that pick up the game on PS Vita will also receive the PS4, and vice versa. Stardew Valley is very addictive on Nintendo Switch, therefore I’m sure PlayStation users are going to have just as much fun playing with the game on Sony’s handheld.

For those that aren’t conscious, Stardew Valley is farming-based RPG reminiscent of early Harvest Moon titles In the game, players can develop their initially modest plantation, get married, and also research dungeons on the side. The game originally launched on PC in early 2016, and has since made its way into PS4, Xbox One, and most lately, Nintendo Switch.

Stardew Valley is currently available on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch, also will come to PS Vita on May 22.
