Now Rare and Microsoft announced the release date for Sea of Thieves‘ first important content update.

The upgrade is currently titled   The Hungering Deep and it will be released on May 29th, meaning that it’s’s less than two weeks away.

Together with the announcement, we get a trailer talking about giant sea creatures, ancient seafarers, sacrifices, which is some really intriguing things, even if we haven’t seen or heard about the gameplay simply yet. Hopefully, this means that this can be heavily story-driven content and Unusual doesn’t need to spoil it.

While we wait to listen (and perhaps observe) longer, you may delight in the preview below. If you wish to learn more about the game, then you  should certainly read our review.

Sea of Thieves is currently available for Xbox One and Windows 10. If you haven’t got the game yet, you may  gab the Xbox One version on Amazon. You may even receive the game as part of a Xbox Game Pass subscription.
