Following being teased during SXSW, Team Sonic Racing has officially been revealed by SEGA.
Team Sonic Racing is developed by Sumo Digital, who worked to the Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing and Tennis games. As soon as it’s being released physically on PS4, Xbox One, also Nintendo Switch for about $40, it will only be available digitally on PC.
The game features 12-player races also comprise Grand Prix, Exhibition, Time Trial, and Adventure modes. The Adventure style has its own story, and can also help players learn about everything they can do in game. Team Sonic Racing will feature both online and also four-player split screen offline multiplayermode.
Since the game’s title indicates, racers will compete in teams, and can work together to knock out opponents and even utilize Team Ultimate moves.
