So far as PS4 exclusive titles move, Marvel’s Spider-Man is one of the most anticipated titles going on into the machine after this year, and apart from seeing exactly what Insomniac Games does using the character this fall, we now all ’ll also get to see a little more from the webslinger as a portion of the larger Marvel Comics universe.

More than Polygon, Marvel has announced that the forthcoming Spider-Man concentrated Marvel Comics event, Spidergeddon, will be adding Insomniac Games’ variant of Peter Parker/Spider-Man that we’ll see debut later this fall.

The limited-run event will comprise many iterations of all Spider-Man that people ’ve seen over the past few years banding together to take on an (now ) unidentified hazard, and which will apparently include the model that we’ll see out of his next forthcoming video game out of Insomniac Games.

The comic is being written by Christos Gage, who is also working as among those writers on Insomniac’s upcoming game. As far as integrating the developer’s draw Spider-Man into the Marvel Comics world, Gage clarified that it “appeared like a perfect time to bring this Pete to the combination,” and that his appearance will likely be over “shoehorning a character in which he doesn’t belong. ” Story-wise, Spidergeddon will occur after the events of Insomniac’s game, along with the first issue of the series will soon be releasing on September 26th, 2018.

Marvel’s Spider-Man will release for PS4 on September 7th, 2018. To get a closer look at the pay to the series’ first issue, Spidergeddon #0, you can test it out below before it comes in late September:
