Warhorse Studios published a video providing an overview of the newest DLC to Kingdom Come: Deliverance called From the Ashes when it was teased earlier this month. The video features Creative Director Daniel Vavra along with Senior Designer Prokop Jirsa talking some of the updates players may expect when the DLC starts next month.
After listening to feedback from players, instead of just giving them the choice of having a home from the game, players will be able to build entire villages. To be able to stay as accurate as possible, the choice to govern a village will soon come with a quest, and while buildings arrive with unique perks, players are also responsible to make decisions which will have different consequences in the game.
Vavra also claims in the video this is not the only DLC to be published this year, and more will be coming later.
When playing Hardcore Mode, there’ll not be any autosaves, no health or stamina bar, no speedy travel, and several other obstacles for players to conquer. Unusual “bonuses ” are also readily available to create the game even tougher. Players might have to select at least two when they start a brand fresh game in Hardcore Mode, such as Haemophilia or even Numbskull, and finishing the game in this nation will unlock new achievements.
You can have a look at the whole review below. While the From the Ashes DLC does not have an specific release date, it will be available in July after the Steam Earnings are finished. Kingdom Come: Deliverance is currently available for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
