MMORPG Name MapleStory 2 will be getting a battle royale Style …
I’m sorry, so I only need a little time to centre myself before writing this news out. Saying “Name X is currently obtaining a battle royale mode” has become as commonplace as stating a game was created with former associates of this Bioshock group now. That’s the next title stepping to the Thunderdome to claim the Murder-Death-Kill crownmolding?
Okay, I imagine. Let’s talk about news.
So, yeah, MapleStory 2 is getting a battle royale mode known as the “Mushking Royale” style. A closed beta is currently available on Nexon’s website for the approaching new manners, which you may check out here if you’re considering enrolling.
You’ll find a couple of methods for you to get yourself into that closed beta, including:
- Dragon Invasion Retweet Events: Social media events hosted on the official @PlayMaple2 Twitter station where players are going to be able to win beta secrets;
- Tria’s Tournament: A website event is running from July 2 to July 12 with particular in-game rewards for participants that vote for their favourite course and share their results. Select participants from this championship will receive access to Closed Beta 2;
- Razer Partnership: Razer, a world leader in related devices and applications for gamers, provides fans with beta code giveaways.
In addition, the beta will be testing out some new features, updates, and other goodies such as Maplers. People who play with the battle royale will get a cosmetic reward upon the mode’s official release.
The Mushking Royale mode will have around 50 players battle against each other until only 1 winner succeeds …yep. Unique features of this mode include wall climbing, jumping through obstacles, hiding in deserts, and raising a characters strength by defeating creatures. Then, when you’feel confident and spicy, you can start your wish to become the last Highlander and claim the Prize to…that I mean, beat your fellow Maplers in an entirely friendly and adorable competition of skill, cute, and strength.
MapleStory 2 is now accessible on PC, also sign-ups for its closed beta are available on Nexon’s website. It’s a free-to-play MMORPG and battle royale title since sure, why not.
