PC, PS4, Switch, Xbox One

Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire attracted players back into a wealthy, deep RPG adventure before this year along with a fresh atmosphere and cast of characters, and those searching for more experiences will have plenty to look forward to in a few weeks with the launch of this game’s major expansion.

The expansion will arrive next to the game’s 2.0 update, which will provide lots of bug fixes and balance improvements and a new pair of challenge ways for veteran players.

A full description for your expansion and what to expect can be found below from Obsidian:

Upon getting a missive in an isle of worshipers into the god of entropy and tragedy, Beast of Winter chooses the Watcher and his crew to the southernmost reaches the Deadfire Archipelago. The Watcher is considered to be the harbinger of the end of things and worshipers of the god of cold and rust, Rymrgand, also have called upon the Watcher to satisfy their destiny.

Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire is accessible now on PC, Mac, and Linux, and will probably be heading to PS4, Xbox One, and also Nintendo Switch later this year, while its “Beast of Winter” DLC will start August 2nd, 2018.
