Publisher Graffiti Games and developer Space Mace revealed today their combined bash game Joggernauts will be Nintendo Switch-bound. Wii, Space Team, and even the Bop This toy.

The gameplay of the cleverly-titled Joggernauts has players taking turns as “the head of a running team of alien athletes” through color-coded, obstacle-filled platforming levels. The mechanics are reminiscent of that of Ikaruga along with Runbow, together with players of certain colours needing to switch to find past challenges with the same colors. And in the spirit of teamwork, players share the same number of lifestyles, and will win and lose levels together.

But even with this emphasis on teamwork and coordination, Space Mace also demonstrated that the game will have a single-player part. The identical switching gameplay is kept, however, the player will have to control two characters at once–to help you are well-coordinated on your own.

Joggernauts is arriving into the Switch sometime in 2018, using an extra launch on Steam, although the announcement and accompanying preview mostly focused on the Switch release. For a closer look in the game, you can check out the above trailer below:
